This right here is one of my favorite parts of the show. Mako and Bolin don’t interact one-on-one very much, but it’s 100% clear how much they both care about each other. 

In that crazy shipping episode (“Spirit of Competition”) I was worried all throughout that at the end they’d get all super pissed at each other and there would be tension over Korra and whatnot. But the fact that there was essentially zero brotherly drama over this subject made me 

SO HAPPY

YOU HAVE NO IDEA
